Leawood, Kansas-based AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. has a new revenue idea for its popcorn.
Starting next year, the company will sell its popcorn in prepackaged and microwavable-ready options at grocery and convenience stores.
The theater chain also plans to open as many as 15 AMC Theatres Perfectly Popcorn stores inside malls. The stores would sell popcorn and soda, among other products.
