Amazon workers at a warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama, are slated to begin voting this week on whether to unionize.
The National Labor Relations Board rejected Amazon's effort to delay the election. Amazon officials sought to force the vote to take place in person rather than by mail.
Bessemer workers notified the NLRB of their intention to unionize in November.
