Amazon announced on Tuesday that it would sunset its Fresh and Go brick-and-mortar grocery concepts.
Some of the closing stores will be converted into Whole Foods Market locations, company officials said.
Amazon recently received approval from local officials in the Chicago area to construct a big-box store that would offer groceries, household essentials and general merchandise.
