Amazon to spend $1.5B on air cargo hub

Amazon plans to invest $1.5 billion to build an air cargo hub in northern Kentucky.

The company agreed to a 50-year lease for 900 acres from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

While a launch date for the hub has not been announced, Amazon expects to create over 2,000 jobs when the hub opens.
