Amazon is scaling back one of the perks of its Prime program.
Depending on where you live and where you order from, you may no longer get free two-day shipping from amazon - even if you're a paid Prime member, according to CNNMoney.
Through a program dubbed Ship by Region, Amazon will allow merchants to choose how far their items ship with Amazon Prime. For example, a TV in California might be available for Prime shipping to the Southwest but not the Northeast.
However, Ship by Region only applies to sellers who ship directly to consumers. Most Prime items ship directly from an Amazon warehouse, according to the report.
