Amazon is expanding a program that pays employees to start their own delivery businesses.
Those employees now can receive up to $10,000 in startup capital, as well as the equivalent of three months of gross salary.
The businesses will have access to Amazon's delivery technology and have "consistent delivery volume," officials say.
