Amazon may occupy a 36-acre project that's under development in St. Peters, sources familiar with the matter told the St. Louis Business Journal.
The development near St. Louis comprises a 142,600-square-foot building, 230 employee parking spots and 983 delivery vans, according to the report.
St. Louis-based CRG is developing the project that's being called "Project Smile."
