Amazon expanding use of AI to identify damaged goods

Aamzon is expanding its use of artificial intelligence in spotting damaged goods.

The technology currently is used at two fulfillment centers. The company plans to roll out the tech at 10 more sites in North America and Europe.

Company officials say AI is three times as effective at identifying damage as a warehouse worker.
