Posted online

The family of a man who died when a tornado hit an Amazon warehouse in December filed suit against the e-commerce giant and the construction companies that built the structure.

Austin McEwen’s family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Amazon, Contegra Construction Co. and Tristar Properties. The suit accuses Amazon of negligence in the incident that led to six deaths at the Edwardsville, Illinois, plant near St. Louis.
