Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are partnering in an effort to address health care for their U.S. employees.
The trio are forming an independent company to provide U.S. employees and their families simplified, high-quality and transparent health care, according to Fox Business.
The new company plans to pursue the objective "free from profit-making incentives and constraints."
