Tobacco giant Altria Group Inc. invested $12.8 billion to buy a 35 percent stake in e-cigarette maker Juul Labs Inc., Bloomberg reports.
The deal values Juul at $38 billion.
Altria, which makes Marlboro cigarettes, will get one-third of Juul's board seats.
