The 5-gallon buckets with lids will contain recovery items including bandages, toilet paper, soap, flashlights, matches and bath towels. Donors also can include letters of encouragement with a return address for recipients to share their experiences.
Those interested can fill a bucket, as long as its lid closes, and drop it off with a check for $15 made out to the Compassion Alliance at 2550 S. Campbell 6 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Buckets will be collected and distributed through September. More information about possible items to include can be found here.
