All Pet Supplies & Equine Center, owned by West Plains Veterinary Supply, has a new 10,500-square-foot building at 1611 W. Republic Road. The company expects to occupy the new structure by Feb. 1, 2002. The single-story, pre-engineered Butler Building is free-standing with a stucco exterior and wraparound display windows. Bell Building Systems is the contractor and Werner and Associates Architects LC is the building's designer. Adjacent to James River Freeway and Kansas Expressway, the $900,000 building also will house a grooming facility for multiple groomers and will offer dog training and handling.
