Alec Baldwin has been sued by the family of a cinematographer shot and killed on the "Rust" film set.
Attorneys for the husband and 9-year-old son of Halyna Hutchins are alleging Baldwin refused training for the type of “cross-draw” he was performing. The movie's producers also are being sued.
An attorney for Baldwin said claims that the actor was reckless are “entirely false.”
