Alan Humphreys Agency Inc.

Pyle Brothers Inc. is the general contractor for Humphrey Properties LLC’s 1,632-square-foot structure in Ozark. The building will house Alan Humphreys Agency Inc., an American Family Insurance agency. Erdmann Street Architecture and Planning Inc. is the architect and Bowlin and Associates is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the project, which has an estimated construction cost of $260,000.

Daniel Pyle of Pyle Brothers Inc. said construction crews have painted the building’s interior and tiled the walls. The project, which includes a drive-up window, is on track for Dec. 1 completion, he said.
