Ajinomoto Windsor to build frozen foods plant in Joplin

Ajinomoto Windsor plans to build a frozen food plant in Joplin that will create 220-240 jobs.

Ajinomoto Windsor Executive Vice President George Jurkovich told News Talk KZRG the plant will make appetizers, mostly onion-based products.

According to The Joplin Globe, the building permit for the plant carries a $29 million price tag.
