Airbnb offers housing to stranded immigrants

Airbnb is offering free housing to those affected by President Donald Trump’s executive order on immigrants.

According to TechCrunch, the executive order caused some people in airports to be detained. Legal action and protests allowed some of the people to be released.

Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky offered housing to refugees and others impacted by the order.

“Airbnb is providing free housing to refugees and anyone not allowed in the U.S.,” he tweeted. “Stay tuned for more; contact me if urgent need for housing.”
