Airbnb loses a CFO, gains a COO

Airbnb experienced a leadership shake-up on Thursday when it lost its chief financial officer but gained a chief operating officer.

Laurence “L.T.” Tosi, who joined Airbnb in 2015 from Blackstone, is stepping down as CFO.

CEO Brian Chesky’s longtime deputy, chief business affairs and legal officer Belinda Johnson is taking on the new role of COO for the short-term rental company.
