Walk through the halls of Air Services/All Services Plumbing and you’ll notice the company motto on several walls of the facility: “First, foremost, and fanatically we serve the client.”
“I sometimes tell people that we’re in the customer service business, we just happen to do heating, air conditioning, and plumbing,” says general manager Rich Callahan.
From office staff to technicians to management, every employee gets professionally coached in customer interaction. “We literally train twice a week and 65% of it is customer based with the rest being technical,” says Callahan.
Air Services has recently shifted to become a true seven days a week company, meaning there are no after hours charges from 7 am to 7 pm, seven days a week.
“The elimination of these charges makes it more convenient for working people who can’t always take off in the middle of the week to wait for a technician to arrive,” says Callahan.
The office is also open and fully staffed on the weekends and you’re guaranteed to always get a member of the Air Services staff no matter what time you call, day or night. “If you call at 2 o’clock in the morning you’re going to get an Air Services employee,” says Callahan. “They’ll even try to be chipper,” he says with a chuckle.
Air Services/All Services Plumbing outgrew its last facility and moved into a bigger building in 2017. But with a growing client base comes a need for more staff and Air Services is starting to outgrow the new location too.
The company also offers a VIP membership with benefits like 3 yearly tune-ups, priority service, and no after hours fees. All Service is in the running to have the first AO Smith certified plumbers in the country.
