AIG chairman to step down

Robert “Steve” Miller intends to step down in July as chairman of American International Group Inc. after five years in the role, a person familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal.

While a decision hasnn't been made on a replacement, the source said it would like to be a currently member.

Miller joined AIG's board in 2009 and became chairman in July 2010.
