"The big challenge is that it is just an old industrial grand tower, and we're trying to turn it into luxury apartments. There are a lot of problems that have to be overcome in terms of putting in elevators and stairs and making it so that people can live in something that tall. It is kind of like building a tiny little high rise. Also, one of the other big things is that it has to create a view from up there, especially toward the downtown and over the ballpark. Being able to take advantage of that requires tricks, because it has foot-thick concrete walls you have to saw through. The challenge is using the existing structure to help you instead of (it being) against you."
