Killian Construction Co. is the general contractor for the 60,000-square-foot headquarters for Assemblies of God USA’s financial services arm. AG Financial Solutions will relocate from a 35,000-square-foot office at 1661 Boonville Ave. The new building sits on the final 8.5-acre site slated for development in southwest Springfield’s Chesterfield Village. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for the three-story facility, and the engineers are Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project has an estimated cost of $10 million, according to a Springfield building permit. John Bryant, Killian vice president of operations, said crews are working on the exterior and pouring the second and third floors for the building’s south wing. The project is slated for completion by Oct. 1.[[In-content Ad]]
