After outcry, migrant children removed from Border Patrol station

After reports surfaced about unsanitary and unsafe conditions at a Border Patrol station, more than 200 migrant children have been moved elsewhere.

"This morning, my office was informed that only 30 children remain in the Clint Border Patrol station in El Paso County," Rep. Veronica Escobar, D-Texas, tweeted Monday. She previously said last week that lawyers for Human Rights Watch had "found 255 children in beyond alarming conditions."

Media reports describe children taking care of other children, having little access to food and being held in unsanitary conditions.
