Country Ridge, located at 2550 State Highway 248 in Branson, was one of 39 development proposals approved by the MHDC on Dec. 15 in Jefferson City.
The $6 million first phase, also financed through MHDC, is under way and will be ready for leasing in February or March, according to Matt Catanese, representative with HCW. Catanese said the development will include two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, some of which will be handicap-accessible. Rent will start at $410 for those who are income-qualified and $470 for those with no income restrictions.
Catanese said the second phase comprises 40 apartment units, which will begin construction in spring.
