The U.S. home market is gaining more affordable housing.
That's according to a report by real estate brokerage Redfin, which found a 13% increase in homes categorized as "most affordable." That means they are priced below 95% of others on the market.
The highest concentration of increased affordable housing is in the Midwest and South, according to the report.
