Aetna to pull out of most Obamacare exchanges

Aetna is reducing its presence on Affordable Care Act individual exchanges next year.

The company plans to stop offering policies on 11 of the 15 states where it currently operates. The only states that will remain are Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska and Virginia.

Aetna officials say the company has lost $430 million in its individual policies unit since the exchanges launched in January 2014.
