Aetna may offer ACA policies in Nevada

Health insurer Aetna may offer Affordable Care Act coverage in Nevada next year.

That's despite the company previously indicating it would leave the marketplace.

The company is said to have switched course in order to better its chances of winning a a contract to offer Medicaid policies in Nevada.
