Aerospace manufacturer plans $6.4M expansion in Lee's Summit

Aerospace manufacturer High Tech Solutions LLC announced it will expand its Lee’s Summit operation to the tune of $6.4 million.

The company plans to build a new 22,000-square-foot building.

With the expansion, the company would retain its current 19 employees and add another 46.

The expansion is assisted by a 10-year, 75 percent tax abatement incentive from the city of Lee’s Summit through the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority. The 10-year abatement is valued at over $360,000.
