Description: O'Reilly Hospitality II LLC is the owner/developer for this five-story, 83,000-square-foot hotel, which will have 125 guest rooms. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Miller Engineering, PC, structural. The hotel's kitchen will serve the 2,900-square-foot ballroom and three conference rooms. Event spaces will have audio/visual technology available. Other amenities will include outdoor patio areas, indoor pool, exercise area and business center and 24-hour guest pantry. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver certification is being sought for the structure. Completion is slated for summer 2010.
