Description: Warren & Gooden is the architect and engineer for site and interior renovations at Pythian Castle for owner Tamara Finocchiaro. Scheduled for completion in late fall, the project comprises interior lighting modifications and the requisite fire alarm system for rezoning and a change of use for assembly functions. Exterior parking and the driveway also will be expanded.
