Description: Warren & Goodin is architect and engineer for repairs and renovations for the Housing Authority of Springfield. The project entails replacing roofing, vents and gutters, as well as interior renovations at more than 200 units at multiple Housing Authority of Springfield locations. Project funding is through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and completion is slated for early fall.
