Description: Owner/developer TA Freund Developments is acting as its own general contractor on this project on the Long Creek arm of Table Rock Lake. With engineering by Great River Engineering, the project comprises three connected five-story buildings. Each floor will have a mix of two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,000 square feet, with total square footage of more than 95,000 square feet. Units will be built using insulated concrete forms and ICF decking, resulting in a virtually fireproof concrete structure that will be able to withstand tornadic winds. Plans call for four additional buildings with two townhouses in each, with a total of 48 units in the development. Amenities will include a clubhouse with kitchen, gathering rooms, a pool, tennis courts and a 40-slip boat dock. Completion is slated for 2010.
