Description: Olsson Associates Inc. is the civil engineer and landscape architect for Arvest Bank's next Springfield branch. The architect is Rogers, Ark.-based Hight Jackson Associates PA. Olsson Associates is responsible for designing the public improvements necessary for the bank to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Silver certification. Olsson's Springfield office prepared site layout and incorporated utilities and designed underground storm-water storage. Storm-water handling measures include a rainwater irrigation cistern, porous concrete pavement and creative grading. Completion is slated for April 2010.
