Description: Educational Community Credit Union's new branch will offer more visibility and a new image for the financial institution. In addition to housing credit union operations, it will have a 1,000-square-foot community room in its lower level and about 4,800 square feet of leasable space. Engineers are Olsson Associates Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Meridian Structural Works Inc., structural. The credit union is pushed to the south of the site with drive-through lanes between the credit union and tenant space. The building is designed to extend toward the highway and invite visitors inside. Completion is slated for August 2010.[[In-content Ad]]
