Posted online
Jupiter, Fla.

General contractor: Lavelle Construction and Development Inc. (Jupiter, Fla.)

Estimated cost: $4.5 million

Description: Creative Ink Architects designed Spanish hacienda estate for former PGA pro Gary Nicklaus, son of golfer Jack Nicklaus, in the Bear's Club, a Nicklaus signature country club. The Old World style is punctuated with pairs of glass doors that open to exterior roofed, open balconies. A stone-clad circular entry tower and wraparound stairs lead to a reception hall. The home features an 800-square-foot club room with a pub area. The grand kitchen opens to an informal gathering area and morning rooms. A master suite and a VIP suite are on the ground floor, with four bedrooms on the second floor. There's also a game room, arcade, computer loft and home theater. Completion is slated for 2010.[[In-content Ad]]
