Description: Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for O'Reilly Hospitality III LLC's Houlihan's Restaurant, designed by Chipman Adams Architects Inc., based in Park Ridge Ill. Lee Engineering & Associates is the civil engineer. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver certification is being pursued for the 7,000-square-foot full-service restaurant and bar. Energy conservation measures include geothermal heat pump systems, variable-flow kitchen and exhaust systems, automated lighting control and solar wall systems for pretreatment of ventilation air. Potable water use will be reduced with low-flow plumbing fixtures and native landscaping. Completion is slated for April.
