Description: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the structural engineer, architect and interior designer for this 13-acre medical and business park development adjacent to McCune Brooks Regional Hospital. The hospital's foundation is developing the park to provide office space for physicians and support businesses. The park is expected to have a mix of medical offices, general and professional offices, retail shops and a senior living component. Phase I will comprise a 4,500-square-foot medical office building that will accommodate two practices and be completed in spring 2010.
