Ozark Mountain Consultants Engineers & Surveyors Inc. is the engineer for the land development and design of Twin Lakes subdivision for developer K. Randall Cantrell. The 229-lot residential subdivision located off Highway 13, one mile north of Interstate 44, features two large lakes that will be stocked with fish. The development will have more than 18.5 acres of common areas with views of rolling Ozarks hills. Phase I completion, with lots available, is slated for spring 2007.
