HBH Engineers LLC is the engineer for J. Haik Properties LLC’s shopping center in 65 Marketplace in Ozark. H Design Group LLC is the architect for the $2 million, 35,000-square-foot retail center. Dock Brothers Construction Co. is the general contractor for the project, scheduled for completion in the spring.
