Harrington & Cortelyou Inc. is the civil engineer for the Creekmoor subdivision in Raymore for Cooper Land Development Inc. Creekmoor, which has an estimated cost of $22 million, has about 1,350 lots with single-family, duplex and four-plex homes. There is an 18-hole golf course and a lake with boat-ramp access. The development also has an elementary school site, a clubhouse and a golf-course maintenance facility. Construction at Creekmoor began in 2004; the multiphase development is scheduled for completion in 2016. Services provided by Harrington & Cortelyou included preparation of preliminary and final plats for each phase of the development, a traffic impact study and design of the boat launch access area.
