Martin Gugel of Global Link Land Surveying & Engineering Inc. is the engineer for MGM Properties’ Oak Court Place, a planned community in Republic. Brent Stevens of H Design Group LLC is the architect, and Newman Brothers Construction Inc. is the general contractor. Located at the intersection of Oakwood Street and Farm Road 174 in Republic, Oak Court Place will comprise apartments, duplexes and commercial development. The project is slated for completion in summer 2007.
