Deka Engineering is the engineer for Danco Investment Inc.’s Stone Creek planned development in Willard. Stone Creek is a residential subdivision that has 93 lots on about 46 acres. Civil design work included sanitary sewers, water mains, roads, storm sewers and detention. Phase I is slated for completion in the spring.
