A&E Engineers: Colvin Jones Davis LLC

Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical and electrical engineer for Turchin Properties’ spa at the Lodges at Eagle’s Nest development in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Banner Elk, N.C. Architect Heartwood Log & Timber Design of Canada worked with local architects Marek Krukowski, Bart Sapeta, Mark LaMair and Byron Bassinger to design the 15,000-square-foot, two-story facility. Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the structural engineer for the project, which has an estimated cost between $4.5 million and $5 million. A general contractor has not yet been selected.
