A&E Engineers: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the structural engineer for Landing View Towers in Hollister for HCW Development Inc. BRP also is the architect and the interior designer for the 17-story project, which will have 12 stories of condominiums and a five-story parking garage. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the project. A general contractor has not yet been selected. Located on the edge of Lake Taneycomo, Landing View Towers overlooks Branson Landing. The project comprises 131 units – a mix of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. The facility, which has dock access, also has an elevated deck with a pool and an exercise room. Landing View Towers has an estimated completion date of 2008.
