Arc of the Ozarks’ administrative offices at 1501 E. Pythian. Warren & Goodin also is providing site, structural, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and electrical engineering. Terri West of Interior Planning Consultants Inc. is the interior designer. A general contractor for the $1.45 million project has not yet been selected. The facility will have a steel frame with brick-and-block exterior walls. It is scheduled for completion in mid-2007.
