Densel Kimbrough of Kimbrough Design Studio is the architect for Bee Creek Business Park in Taney County for owner/developer David Junge. Engineers are Rozell Engineering, civil; and Miller Engineering, structural. Pacific Builders Inc. is the general contractor for the project. Phase I comprises two buildings, each with 12,400 square feet and an estimated cost of $992,000. Each building will be divided into two tenant spaces and warehouse space. Phase I is slated for completion in January. The entire development will offer 59,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. The buildings will be split-faced masonry block with brick veneer.
