Chris Ball of Jack Ball & Associates Architects PC is the architect for Chesterfield Eyeworks’ new office building at 1650 S. Enterprise Ave. for Dr. Bill and Linda Holmes. HBH Engineers LLC is the engineer and The Bailey Co. is the general contractor for the 4,434-square-foot project, slated for completion Nov. 31. In addition to the eye clinic, there will be two spaces available for lease. The estimated cost of the project is $410,000.
