H Design Group LLC is the architect for Coryell Enterprises Inc.’s Martin Riley Apartment Homes, 802 S. Eastgate Ave. Engineers are HBH Engineers LLC for mechanical, electrical and plumbing and civil engineering, and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC for structural work. Coryell Enterprises is the general contractor for the approximately $3.5 million project, financed by The Signature Bank. The project, which sits on a four-acre tract, uses the “big house” theme that is increasing in popularity for the multi-unit housing market. The development will comprise five structures with a total of 58 units that will be different but retain unity through materials and scale. The design will complement the residential neighborhood in which the development is located, and a pool and clubhouse will unite the separate buildings and have the same architectural theme.
