A&E Architects: Godwin & Associates

Greg E. Mitchell of Godwin & Associates is the architect for Crescent Care Skilled Nursing Facility LLC in Maryland Heights for owner/developer Ali Chaudhry. Wesley R. Godwin and Jimmie K. Maples of Godwin & Associates are engineers for the approximately $17 million project – a 130,000-square-foot skilled nursing facility with 264 beds and areas for rehabilitative therapies, hospice care and assisted living. Also included are a pharmacy, a beauty and barber shop and a transportation area. Completion is scheduled for 2011.
