A&E Architects: Dake Wells Architecture Inc.

Dake Wells Architecture Inc. is the architect and interior designer for the approximately 14,000-square-foot expansion of Digital Monitoring Products’ administrative offices. Scott Consulting Engineers PC is the structural engineer and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Scheduled for completion in fall 2007, the project expands administrative space on two floors inside the shell of an existing manufacturing and distribution center. A dramatic curving wall accentuates the flow of people through the building. The project includes a break room and lounge for employees, and additional spaces for administrative offices and support staff. A curved viewing platform on the second floor enables the owner to view the production floor during facility tours.
